This newest PT feature from Quantum will greatly improve your casting ability. It offers dial-in casting capability without any need to readjust the dial. This system senses not to engage the brake assembly during flipping or pitching presentation, but automatically engages during long casts to control lure flight and minimize backlash. When a long cast is made, the brake assembly engages at maximum spool RPM using adjustment springs. As the bait slows, the adjustment spring system returns the brake assembly to its original cranking. This automated braking system continually adjusts spool speed to optimize casting distance and control
