Trouble Logging Into the Website

The most common reason users have trouble logging into our website is that the site requires your computer to have its cookies enabled to function correctly. If the cookies on your computer are disabled, your login will fail resulting in you not being able to access your account.  Your browser must allow for cookies to be stored on your computer. To enable cookie storing on your computer, please find your preferred internet browser below and follow its specific instructions.

Microsoft Internet Explorer 8.0+

• Select Tools
• Select Internet Options
• Select Privacy
• Select Advanced
• Select Automatic Cookie Handling

Microsoft Internet Explorer 7.0+

• Select Internet Options from the Tools menu.
• Select the Privacy tab.
• Under Settings, select Advanced.
• Check Override automatic cookie handling under Cookies section in Advanced Privacy Settings window.
• Under First-party Cookies, select Accept. Under Third-party Cookies, select Accept. Check Always allow session cookies.

Mozilla Firefox 2.0+

• Go to the Tools menu.
• Select Options.
• Select the Privacy tab.
• Make sure that the Accept cookies from sites under Cookies is ticked (the default setting).
• Click OK to save changes.

Safari 2.0+

• Go to Preferences under the Safari menu (right of the apple symbol).
• Select on the Security tab.
• Under Accept Cookies, select Always or Only from sites you navigate to.

Google Chrome

• Open your Google Chrome browser.
• Below the X button, select the Tools menu, and then select Options.
• Select the Under the Hood tab.
• Scroll down to the Security section, select the Cookie Settings drop-down menu, and then select Allow all cookies.
• Select Close.

Still Seeing Issues After Turning Cookies On?

If cookies in your browser are enabled and you're still seeing an error message that your browser's cookie functionality is turned off, try opening a new window in your browser. Sometimes a browser's cookies will not work properly when you are using multiple tabs in a browser window.

If this does not help, you can also clear your cache and delete your cookies.
