The Bayou Classic 9 gallon deer fryer is a sturdy freestanding unit that is large enough to handle a turkey and features a V-bottom design that keeps the base oil temperature cooler than the frying oil on top, minimizing burns and keeping oil cleaner. Includes temperature gauge, 10 PSI preset regulator and a stainless steel braided hose. 3-basket, 9-gallon fryer. Propane not included. Additional baskets and accessory cart with tank storage and side shelf sold separately. Item is factory shipped.
